Right of withdrawal, payment refund and claims

XmyXGAR will only accept the return of the product if the following circumstances occur:

Tiempo de procesamiento de los reembolsos

Una vez aprobado el reembolso por parte de XmyXGAR el reembolso se procesará y acreditará en la cuenta bancaria del comprador a través del método de pago original dentro de los 4 días hábiles siguientes a la confirmación de la aprobación de la solicitud de devolución.

Jurisdicción

Queda expresamente excluida la aplicación de la Convención de las Naciones Unidas sobre los Contratos de Compraventa Internacional de Mercaderías. Dicha elección de la ley aplicable no le priva de la protección otorgada por las disposiciones imperativas de las leyes de la UE/Reino Unido y del país de su residencia habitual, lo que significa que le asisten cualquier derecho pertinente y a su ejercicio en virtud de las leyes de la UE/Reino Unido y las leyes del país de su residencia habitual.
